Mange har pr\u00f8vet at miste motivationen, de gode vaner med tr\u00e6ning og kost som pludselig bliver afl\u00f8st af en stor tiltr\u00e6kning som fuldtids sofakartoffel … Den ene dag tager den anden, og pludselig er der g\u00e5et 14 dage hvor du ikke har v\u00e6ret nede og tr\u00e6ne. Jeg har selv pr\u00f8vet det – endda flere gange \ud83d\ude42 For mig har det typisk v\u00e6ret op til ferier og helligdage, hvor den daglige rutine bliver brudt. Hver gang det sker, synes jeg det er vigtigt at kigge tilbage p\u00e5 perioden hvor det gik godt, og t\u00e6nker over hvad der kunne v\u00e6re gjort anderledes, s\u00e5 jeg kan l\u00e6re af det. For jeg synes \u00e6rligt ikke det er fedt at komme ud af rutinen, og jeg hader n\u00e5r jeg ikke f\u00e5r tr\u00e6net … S\u00e5 hvorfor sker det? En af grundende kan v\u00e6re at motivationen daler, og at andre ting pludselig f\u00e5r h\u00f8jere prioritet for en periode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jeg har talt med flere fitnessud\u00f8vere som fort\u00e6ller om lange perioder hvor v\u00e6gten er som en jojo, s\u00e5 g\u00e5r det godt, mindre, godt igen, mindre godt igen osv. Jojo-v\u00e6gten h\u00e6nger i disse tilf\u00e6lde ogs\u00e5 sammen med tr\u00e6ningsfrekvensen, som svinger i takt med jojo-v\u00e6gten. Det kan v\u00e6re en rigtig sv\u00e6r cirkel at komme ud af, men med lidt hj\u00e6lp og selvindsigt kan det lade sig g\u00f8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
