Jeg har flere tusinde timers holdtr\u00e6ninger bag mig som holdinstrukt\u00f8r i Fitness World, og har altid fundet stor gl\u00e6de i at undervise hold. Jeg har kompetence til at undervise i flere forskellige holdtyper end hvad jeg g\u00f8r i dag, men de senere \u00e5r har mit fokus v\u00e6ret, at jeg bruger min energi d\u00e9r hvor den er bedst. Det er den p\u00e5 holdtyper hvor jeg ved, at jeg kan give allermest – og s\u00e5 er det ogs\u00e5 typisk der hvor jeg f\u00e5r allermest retur. Jeg st\u00e5r tilbage med en f\u00f8lelse af, at min tilstedev\u00e6relse gjorde, at lige netop DU fik mere ud af din tr\u00e6ning, fordi jeg var der! Det giver v\u00e6rdi for mig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der er en s\u00e6rlig stemning og motivation n\u00e5r man er p\u00e5 hold, der sker noget andet, end n\u00e5r du tr\u00e6ner for dig selv i fitnesscenteret. Der er en form for gruppedynamik, og d\u00e9t at alle laver det samme (evt. i takt), g\u00f8r ogs\u00e5 at man m\u00e5ske ikke vil skille sig ud, og derfor g\u00f8r sit bedste for at f\u00f8lge med – s\u00e6rligt hvis det er et hold med konditonstr\u00e6ning. Gruppedynamikken hj\u00e6lper dig p\u00e5 vej, sikrer ogs\u00e5 at kommer i m\u00e5l og at du g\u00e5r der fra med sved p\u00e5 panden. Der er stor forskel p\u00e5 hvad og hvordan man kan motivere folk, men hvis du er \u00e9n af dem som bliver motiveret af holdtr\u00e6ning, kan du sagtens f\u00e5 rigtig meget udbytte af din holdtr\u00e6ning over tid. Selv har jeg i perioder kun benyttet mig af holdtr\u00e6ning. Jeg har pr\u00f8vet at liste de positive ting ved holdtr\u00e6ning herunder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
